LG presents an ultra-short throw 4K projector and a ‘3-in-1’ model for the home

LG Electronics has presented two new multifunctional projectors a ‘three-in-one’ model that combines image quality, lighting and sound, and another ultra-short throw, the company’s most compact to date with 4K.

The South Korean brand will take the consumer electronics fair CES 2025 from Las Vegas (United States) two new projectors designed to adapt to any environment, “capable of integrating perfectly and taking content viewing to a higher level”, as expressed by the vice president and head of the IT Business Unit by LG Media Entertainment Solution, YS Lee.

The model PF600U is a ‘three-in-one’ projector for the home, which combines the functions of projector, bluetooth speaker and ambient LED lampas reported by the company in a press release.

Offers FHD resolution (1,920 x 1,080), a brightness of 300 ANSI lumens and entertainment options through LG webOS. Furthermore, it integrates stereo speakers and an ambient LED lamp with nine colors and five brightness levels.

Its design is inspired by a floor lamp, it has a 110-degree tilting head and automatic screen adjustment.

The new CineBeam S For its part, it is a 4K (3,840 x 2,160) ultra-short throw projector, which features a compact and metallic design for easy portability. It offers 500 ANSI lumens brightness and 154% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space.

Its ultra-short throw ability projects images from 40 to 100 inches from a few centimeters away from the wall, which helps take advantage of the space without affecting the audiovisual experience, as LG points out.

It has a stereo sound system with Dolby Atmos seal and allows access to streaming platforms through the webOS operating system.
