Acer focuses on portable gaming with Nitro Blaze and an innovative controller

Acer expands its offering in the portable gaming sector with the launch of the new Nitro Blaze 8 and Nitro Blaze 11, devices designed to guarantee high performance and an immersive gaming experience. To complete the offer, the company also introduces the Nitro Mobile Gaming Controller, designed for mobile gaming. The Nitro Blaze 8 and 11 stand out for the adoption of AMD Ryzen 8040 series processors, capable of offering up to 39 AI TOPS, combined with 16 GB of LPDDR5x memory and storage options of up to 2 TB. The visual experience is entrusted to 8.8 or 10.95 inch WQXGA touch displays, with a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, which ensure fluidity and sharpness. AMD Radeon 780M graphics cards, supported by Radeon Super Resolution and AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution technologies, guarantee high-level graphics performance.

The integration of the Acer Game Space app offers users an optimized environment for gaming on Windows 11, simplifying access to games and platforms. Nitro Blaze 11 is characterized by the presence of removable controllers, which allow you to play in both portable and connected mode, and an integrated stand. Furthermore, it has a front camera for video calls and streaming. As for connectivity, the Nitro Blaze devices offer USB 4 (Type-C), USB 3.2 (Type-C), Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.3. Included in the purchase is a three-month subscription to PC Game Pass, which gives access to a vast catalog of titles, including Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle.

The compact and foldable Nitro Mobile Gaming Controller was developed to ensure an optimal gaming experience on Android and iOS smartphones. Equipped with USB Type-C connection and 18W fast charging, the controller offers an ergonomic and safe grip thanks to rubber pads. As regards availability and prices, Acer Nitro Blaze 8 (GN782U) will be available in Italy in March starting from €999. Acer Nitro Blaze 11 (GN7112U) will be available in Italy in the second quarter with prices starting from €1,199, and Acer Nitro Mobile Gaming Controller in the first quarter with prices starting at €89.99.
