How Kangaroo finds alkaline ionized hydrogen water for Vietnamese people

At the time of launching Kangaroo’s alkaline hydrogen ion water purifier line, Associate Professor Ngo Quoc Buu, working at the Institute of Environmental Technology, under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, said that the electrolysis process creates two water sources. The water in contact with the negative electrode is Catholyte (alkaline ionized water) and at the positive electrode is Anolyte (acid water).

In particular, thanks to its properties of reducing oxidation potential, alkaline ionized water is considered a source of “living water”. Anolyte water comes into contact with the positive electrode, increasing the oxidation potential to kill bacteria, called biocidal water, dead water. Through electrolysis, the structure of water is changed, splitting water into ions, water molecules receive energy so they are highly activated and easily absorbed.

In the Kangaroo hydrogen ion alkaline water purifier, water passes through filter cores and RO membranes to ensure cleanliness and can be drunk directly. The electrolysis device is located at the end, helping to activate water, create energy and produce alkaline ionized water for use.

Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Quoc Buu said that if water is alkaline but not in an activated state, meaning it is not electrolyzed, the effect will not be high. “When injecting hydrogen into water, even though the water has hydrogen, it will not be active and cannot help good biochemical reactions take place in the body,” he said. “Water after electrolysis will have a different effect, the water structure has changed, hydrogen molecules will exist in the water longer, and will have a significantly better effect when drinking.”

Since 1965, the Japanese Ministry of Health has recommended that people use alkaline ionized water in their daily diet to prevent diseases and protect their health.
