Mortal Kombat House: The immersive experience arrives in Mexico as part of the Pro Kompetation

But not only the most skilled in the game can enjoy the contest, and as part of the celebration the organizers have brought the mortal Kombat House for the first time, an immersive experience organized around the franchise that includes exhibitions of objects of objects of Collection, didactic games, opportunities to take photos with your favorite characters, as well as gifts and more surprises.

Such experience seemed to be demanded, since when the records for the free access of this event were enabled during the morning of Saturday, February 1, they only had to wait one day to complete the two thousand quotas available.

Road to the World Championship

The Pro Kompetation Mexico is only the first step towards the World Kombat World Championship, a tournament that can be accessed in four different ways. There will be 10 face -to -face events, each of them with double elimination brackets 1 against 1, in which players can gain points for global classification. The eight players with more points in the classification of face -to -face events will win a position in Kombat final.

The face -to -face events of Mortal Kombat 1 Pro Kompetion include:

• Texas Showdown – Houston, Texas (28-30 Marzo)
• Gamescom Latam – Sao Paulo, Brazil (April 30 – 4 Mayo)
• Combo Breaker – Chicago, Illinois (May 23-25)
• CEO Fighting Game Championships – Orlando, Florida (13-15 de junio)
• Brussels Challenge – Brussels, Belgium (spring/summer of 2025)
• Evo 2025 – Las Vegas, Nevada (August 1-3)
• Blink Respawn – Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (summer of 2025)
• Vsfighting – Birmingham, United Kingdom (summer/autumn of 2025)

The winner of Pro Kompetation in Evo will also automatically qualify for Kombat Final.

In addition, players will be able to compete in online Pro Kompetation Tournaments according to their location, with divisions and subdivisions distributed by geographical regions, such as North American League (North America East and North America West), Inter -Pontinental Kombat (Ear Eastern Europe, Europe West, Oceania and the Middle East ) and Latin League (Brazil, Mexico, South America North and South America South). Each regional division will have two online qualifying events and an online regional final, with 10 online players that will win a position in Kombat final: two winners of the North American League, four winners of the Inter -Pontinental Kombat and four winners of the Latin League.

Participation in online tournaments will not grant points for the global classification. Players must participate in any of the 10 face -to -face events to add points to their classification.

The remaining square in the final phase will be awarded to the winner of the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) event, an open face -to -face tournament that will be held at the Kombat Final Headquarters. The LCQ winner will complete the group of 20 players who will compete in Final Kombat.

The 20 players competing in Final Kombat will be divided into four groups of five players and will compete in a format of all against all. The two best players in each group – so in total – will pass to the final phase and compete in a double elimination format, in which all players will start on the winner’s side. The winner of the final painting will become the final world champion Kombat.
