Small kangaroos are louder than the bigger ones

Thanks to the stubborn skull, the tiny rocky rollers are able to get the same nutrition as their bigger cousins.

Agile And the rocky rockies, or rock shoes, are bouncing around the cliffs across Australia. They are lying in rock shelters during the day and go at night to eat all types of plants.

Some of the dietary requires harsh staging, but the smallest species of the 17-species family less than 1.5 kg seems to survive the same as their 12-pound cousins.

Small species are doing well because they bite in relation to the relationship less than the big, explains Australian researchers In Biology Letters.

They became familiar with the bite of all rocky species by analyzing nearly 400 skulls collected in the museum with jaws and tooth pressure. In small species, the skull appeared to be more solid and short -cut and offered the attachment sites relative to larger chewing muscles than large species.

They are more severe to teeth in relation to the pepper bite of the smallest species. The convincing cheek tooth about 1.4 kg of Arnheminmaankalliovab is grossly grinding. The solid teeth of about 1.3 pounds of rocky cliffs also cut tough leaves.
