Peruvians will invest almost 4 thousand soles on average for new computers, according to research

The Black Friday It has become a global date to access all types of discounts on products. According to one projection, Peruvians are expected to invest almost 4 thousand soles to renew their laptops.

And it is a tool for work, study or entertainment, and this date can be a good opportunity to improve performance.

As detailed by ASUS Peru, the average laptop purchase ticket during Black Friday is projected to amount to S/3,900, 10% more than last year, which reflects a consumer willing to invest more in technology.

But it’s not just about money. The projection is based on analysis of queries and recorded behavior, and also shows different criteria that Peruvian users take into account when purchasing a new laptop.

Thus, balanced performance is sought, which implies updated processors, fast storage and good multitasking capacity.

Another important detail is autonomy. For this, batteries capable of supporting full days and fast charging technologies are sought. Higher quality screens are also sought: higher brightness, accurate colors and better refresh rates.

Portability is not left aside, which leads us to think about light and thin designs that facilitate daily mobility.

“Peruvian users are increasingly demanding with the real performance of the equipment,” said Gabriel Bahamondes, technical marketing coordinator at ASUS Latam, and everything mentioned above is part of the basic expectations of the market.
