HP seeks to boost productivity with HP EliteBoard G1a, an AI PC integrated into a keyboard

HP has presented new equipment with which it aims to drive business growth through employee fulfillment, offering computers powered by Snapdragon X2 Elite and a new form factor, a PC with artificial intelligence (AI) integrated into a keyboard.

The technology company has attended CES 2026 to present its new products and solutions for the work environment, which include the new HP EliteBoard G1a form factor, a PC with AI integrated into a keyboard.

With this proposal, HP reimagines what a desktop experience can be, which stands out for the minimalism and flexibility it offers, since it only requires connecting it to a screen of any size.

The keyboard features an AMD Ryzen AI 300 series processor and an NPU that delivers 50+ TOPS performance for next-generation and AI-enabled workloads.

This is integrated into a slim, 12mm profile body, which also has two microphones and speakers, and weighs 750g, as reported in a press release.

This development responds to the need to create healthy workspaces for employees, while the majority of workers globally feel under pressure, and only 20 percent maintain a healthy relationship with work, according to data from the 2025 HP Work Relationship Index.

In line with this intention, HP has also introduced the EliteBook

According to the company, the HP EliteBook while the OmniBook range has been updated with the Snapdragon X2 chip and OLED screens.

It also brought to CES 2026 the first integration of Microsoft Copilot on HP Office Print devices with HP for Microsoft 365 Copilot, which offers document summaries, translation and intelligent organization to help companies work faster, smarter and more secure.

And for IT teams, it has announced improvements to the employee device management features of its Workforce Experience Platform (WXP). Added to this is HP Digital Passport, a space that gives access to all the essential information about the PC: from the first steps and its differential characteristics, to the device’s sustainability history and support options.
