Unlike the general username, the tag is only displayed in the relevant group and can be changed at any time. Thus, the same person can appear in a family group with one description, and in a sports or work group with another description. The purpose of the tool is to provide context for the conversation, especially in groups where the participants do not know each other well. The member tag can be set through the group details screen.
The third update deals with event reminders. In this framework, you can create an event within a group, collect confirmations of arrival, stick the invitation at the top of the chat and set reminders for the participants. The tool is mainly intended for groups that coordinate meetings, meetings or joint conversations, and tries to reduce dependence on external applications for basic coordination.
