The Kyta platform was developed by FPT engineers and supports “Low-code, No-code”, meaning people without information technology expertise can operate it.
At the iKhien innovation competition organized by FPT this week, the Kyta platform surpassed more than 3,800 innovations in the corporation to win the championship prize. This is a smart operating platform that supports many industries, helping businesses digitize the entire electronic contract life cycle, from forms, negotiations, signing electronic contracts to storage and analysis.
According to a representative of Kyta Platform, the idea was born from the stumbles of Vietnamese businesses when depending on foreign technology platforms. At a previously implemented project, costs paid to foreign partners accounted for 80% of revenue. Meanwhile, every time the system has a problem, inviting foreign experts to support costs thousands of dollars per hour, leading to great risks in terms of progress and operational autonomy.
“From that experience, we decided to build a technology platform that we own and can replace foreign solutions,” the project representative said.

Kyta Platform is developed with main products including Kyta ALM – a set of solutions for electronic agreement lifecycle management, Kyta Signature – a set of solutions for signing green electronic contracts, and Kyta Gate – a set of optimal solutions for managing the identification and electronic contracting process.
A special feature is that the platform is aimed at the ability to use Low-code, No-code, which means it allows non-information technology professional users to still create their own applications, processes or forms through an intuitive interface, bringing software construction closer to business departments, reducing dependence entirely on the programming team.
According to the developer representative, this is a pioneering platform in digitizing Low-code and No-code in Vietnam, while integrating AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency. At the competition, the team representative said the solution helps shorten application development time by 70%, reduce operating costs by 80% and reduce processing time by 90%, while eliminating impersonation risks in electronic transactions.
Since launching on the market in early 2025, Kyta Platform has been used in more than 4,500 domestic and foreign businesses in the fields of finance, insurance, logistics, and real estate. The platform is also deployed on the Civil Judgment Execution System, coordinating with the Ministry of Justice in the task of comprehensively digitizing the Civil Judgment Enforcement industry. By the end of 2025, 100% of judgment enforcement decisions will be issued electronically through the AI-integrated system, with more than 600,000 electronic receipts being used to replace paper documents.
“Kyta helps shorten work time, transparency, increase efficiency, and operational processes to serve the people,” a representative of an organization using Kyta services shared in a video shown at the competition.
iKhien is a creative award for employees organized annually by FPT Corporation since 2017, to promote a culture of innovation, encourage the spirit of research and development, apply technology to improve labor productivity, operational efficiency, and create products and solutions that bring practical value.
Mr. Vu Anh Tu, FPT Technology Director, assessed that for nearly a decade, iKhien has encouraged and spread a culture of innovation at the company. The competition recorded 13,227 initiatives, bringing economic value of trillions of VND. In 2025 alone, the program attracts 3,838 initiatives with economic value bringing nearly 1,000 billion VND to the group.
From iKhien, many initiatives have been developed by FPT into commercial products such as Akabot, IFRS9, MaaZ BSW, MaaZ Studio, FPT eID, Code Vista, FPT Camera Agent. These solutions serve a variety of fields from automation, finance, banking, automotive industry to digital identification, security and AI, contributing to the formation of Vietnam’s technology ecosystem.
