The creators of GTA and the head of Rockstar are mentioned in the Epstein files

According to the text that is circulating, the names are found in an email in which the author lists a long list of people whom, as she writes, she would add to her ‘list of personal witnesses’ in the future. In the same passage, she makes serious accusations against Benzies, while Houser is mentioned as someone who, according to her, knew about some of the events while she was in a relationship with Benzies. Sam Hauser, together with his brother Dan, founded itč Rockstar studio, while Leslie Benzies is one of the producers who worked, among other things, on GTA V. Given the recent departure of Dan Houser from Rockstar, the link with the now published data is immediately withdrawn, and it is suspected that this is the reason for the split between them, for which there is no confirmation yet.

It is important to emphasize that the word about allegations from a personal message as part of published documentation, not about court-determined facts or the indictment. In the same ‘witness list’ section, numerous other well-known names from politics and the media are listed, often without any additional explanation, which is the reason why part of the media describes everything as unverified claims.

So far, there are no official reactions from either Houser or Benzies, and the studio has not announced anything publicly either. The online discussion therefore mainly revolves around the question of what it even means to be ‘mentioned in a document’, i.e. how relevant is such a record without additional evidence and formal procedures.

If official clarifications or additional documents emerge that change the picture, only then will it become clearer whether the story has any weight beyond viral posts and single paragraph citations.
