iOS experience inside Android: the INFINIX operating system has arrived in Israel

The entry of the Infinix mobile company into Israel significantly expands the range of available smartphones and will introduce a new operating system for the first time: the XOS 15.

Infinix’s entry into Israel reveals to consumers an operating system that has not been at the center of discussion until today, but offers an unusual combination: XOS 15 provides a user experience reminiscent of iOS, within an Android-based operating system.

In practice, it’s Android for everything, but the way XOS was built – the interface, the flow, the animations and the response times – creates a tight and smooth experience, which is mainly known from the iPhone family. This combination allows you to enjoy the flexibility of Android, without giving up a premium feeling. In addition, Infinix offers a two-year manufacturer’s warranty and home repair service.

The main feature of the system is Dual System: the possibility of running two completely separate environments on the same device – work and private. Each environment has its own apps, files and permissions, with separate protection. This is a built-in capability, which positions the smartphone as a real work tool and not just as a communication device.

Next to it, XOS 15 integrates built-in artificial intelligence tools in Hebrew: a voice assistant for diary management and navigation, transcription and translation of conversations in real time, assistance in writing and messages, search through photography and media editing tools — all as part of the system, without external installations.

Also at the operational level, the system focuses on efficiency: fast switching between applications, smart memory management, freezing of inactive applications, Dynamic Bar layer for live notifications and advanced control of the device’s resources. The level of customization is high, including a home screen, iOS-inspired widgets and icons.

At the same time, XOS 16, the next generation of the system, is expected to arrive in Israel later this year. But already now, XOS 15 presents a clear alternative: Android that feels like iOS — and at a more accessible price.
