Black Mages Legacy is the series dedicated to Final Fantasy IX

The narrative will not limit itself to retracing the exploits of Gidan and his companions, but will shift the focus to the lineage of one of the most iconic characters in the game: the little black magician Vivi. The protagonists of the series are in fact his children, Imel, Koln, Luciola, Thea, Fala and Doc, described as the last exponents of their lineage on the four continents. The story begins in a seemingly peaceful Alexandria, where the community protects the young wizards, until a dramatic event breaks the balance. The discovery of Mel, who remained petrified in the inn where Koln works, kicks off a new epic linked to the tragic fate of black magicians.
