The Spanish company Datadope launches a platform that reduces incident diagnosis time by up to 80%

Datadope, a Spanish technology company specialized in advanced observability and AIOps, has announced the launch of IOMETRICS Smart Ops, a new platform based on multi-agent collaborative artificial intelligence that promises reduce incident diagnosis time by up to 80 percent (RCA) in the companies in which it is implemented.

This new tool is capable of “converting complex one-hour investigations into surgical precision diagnoses in less than 20 minutes“, which translates into an improvement in the reduction of the Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) by up to 66 percent, according to data provided by the company itself.

In a meeting with the specialized press, in which Europa Press participated, the CEO of Datadope, Sergio Monge, stressed that this platform, which operates as an “autonomous brain”, allows each company technician to “recover up to 17 hours per week as AI takes on heavy research and the automation of repetitive manual work.”

“It is not about replacing human work, but rather saving time in processes that can be automated so that they can do work of greater value,” the manager added, while explaining that “today a very important part of the operations teams’ time is dedicated to understand what is really happening when an incident occurs.

“With IOMETRICS Smart Ops we offer ‘Operations Intelligence as a Service’ to support the technical team with the help provided by AI multi-agents. What we seek is to reduce this analysis time, helping identify the root cause earlier, so that the human team is not immersed in the reactive chaos of alerts and can focus on tasks of greater value,” he reiterates.

The solution incorporates a continuous learning mechanism that allows it to improve with each interaction. The platform has been designed to integrate with the existing technological ecosystem, which Enables organizations to leverage their current tools without the need to replace them.
