Research: all therapies work equally well

Jo 90 years ago, an American psychologist Saul Rosenzweig showed that different forms of therapy work almost equally well. Even though the underlying theories of the therapies differ, they all provide more or less similar treatment results.

Since then, Rosenzweig’s observation has been supported by many studies. In the latest summary study, an assistant professor at the University of Rochester in the United States Oliver Boxell and colleagues compared the results obtained from five forms of therapy.
