HONOR to launch new Magic V3 and VS3 foldable smartphones on July 12

HONOR has announced that it will unveil its next generation of foldable smartphones, the HONOR Magic V3 and HONOR Magic Vs3, on October 12, at an event that will also see the unveiling of the new MagicBook Art 14 Notebook and the MagicPad 2 tablet.

It was last January when the Chinese firm launched its previous foldable phone in Europe, the HONOR Magic V2, a device that came with a 5,000mAh Silicon-Carbon dual battery, 9.9 mm thickness when closed, and a hinge capable of withstanding more than 400,000 folds.

The company has now announced via its Weibo account that it will launch the successor family of this one next 12th of July, at an event taking place in the Chinese city of Shenzhen. At the event, it will unveil “the folding and thinness technology that will once again usher in new breakthroughs” for HONOR, as mentioned in this post.

The event will not only see the unveiling of the new HONOR Magic V3 and HONOR Magic Vs3, but will also see the launch of a laptop, HONOR MagicBook Art 14, as well as a new tablet, HONOR MagicPad 2. Without giving many more details, it has only specified that the latter will introduce a feature aimed at eye protection with blurring using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
