‘Facilitating scientists to implement the National Technology Program’

According to this Circular, the selection results must be announced on the National Science and Technology Task Management System and the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Science and Technology or other mass media, ensuring the principles of publicity and transparency.

The Ministry of Science and Technology, together with the Ministry of Finance, will amend Decree 70 on handling assets formed from science and technology tasks “to remove barriers and create the best conditions for science and technology development,” said Mr. Chien.
