How to get Meta AI on WhatsApp?
MetaAI is gradually rolling out to devices updated with the latest version of the WhatsApp app. To get it, make sure to update your app from Google Play or the App Store.
Before using the artificial intelligence assistant you will see the message “Ask Meta AI anything” and then you will need to click Continue. Meta reminds that with this chatbot, chats remain private.
If you don’t see Meta AI on WhatsApp yet, don’t worry. The AI tool will be progressively extended to all users in Peru.
How does Meta AI work in WhatsApp?
You can ask Meta AI a question directly from the search function at the top of chats. Just start typing and Meta AI will give you suggestions with questions like: Secret vacation spots, TV show recommendations, Decorating tips, Ideas for… and much more.
You can too continue typing to ask a complete question. Industry-leading search providers provide answers to sports, entertainment and current events, according to Meta.
Similarly, you can create an image and have it appear immediately. Within seconds you can design images with the instructions you add to the chat. For example, “create an image of a cat searching the internet” or simply “cat searching the internet” and that’s it.
By entering a few words, a new image will be revealed in real time and even a video will be created that you can share. This technology is based on Meta AI’s latest image models released today.
The photos include a watermark confirming that the image was generated using artificial intelligence.
Similarly, you can “call” Meta AI in a group chat for help. In that case, just open the group chat on WhatsApp and then use the @ tag, just like you would to mention a friend or contact.
With @MetaAI you can make a request below and that’s it. Even if your contact doesn’t have Meta AI yet, they’ll be able to see the message you send with the question or doubt.
