The 4.8 billion yacht: more expensive than Bezos and Zuckerberg’s, made of gold and dinosaur bones

Although superyachts like the Koru from Jeff Bezos or the LaunchPad of Mark Zuckerberg are impressive, none come close to the luxury of the History Supreme. This 30-meter-long yacht is valued at $4.8 billion, and what makes it unique is its construction in solid gold and other precious materials.

As Xataka points out, the History Supreme stands out for its luxurious design. Every corner of the yacht is covered with 100,000 kilos of gold, silver and platinum, including the hull, deck and interior.

British designer Stuart Hughes, who took three years to complete the project, also included extravagant details such as a gold aquarium and a liquor bottle decorated with diamonds.

The most striking feature is the wall of the master cabin, adorned with Tyrannosaurus rex bones and meteorite fragments.

Although the owner is rumoured to be Robert Kuok, Malaysia’s richest man, there is no evidence the yacht has ever sailed, the outlet said.

Some think it could be a museum piece rather than a ship in use. However, the History Supreme remains a symbol of extreme luxury and a great investment in gold.
