The court decided: Škorić, Zoran and Sanda Bajtl are going to pretrial detention

Former head of Croatian roads Josip Škorić his brothersć and director of Osijek Koteks Zoran Škorić and the director of the company Structivo Sanda Bajtl are going to the investigative prison for 30 days, the county court in Zagreb decided.

Uskok announced that he initiated the investigation after the police criminal report and investigation of the so-called of the tax Uskok and that he requested an investigative prison for the suspects.

The police brought the arrested to the Zagreb County Court around 6 p.m. While Sanda Bajtli hid her face with glasses and a hood, Josip Škori told the journalists that he did not resign from the head of Croatian roads because of this arrest. “It’s something else,” he said shortly. Zoran Škorić entered the court without comment.
