Shots in Tel Aviv, at least ten victims

Israeli health authorities have declared a state of emergency and say there are at least ten victims, although it is not yet known how many dead and how many injured there are.

Israeli paramedics are treating at least seven people injured in a shooting in Tel Aviv, according to Israel’s Magen David Adom emergency medical service. Israeli police described the incident as a suspected terrorist attack. At least two of the victims were seriously injured and lost consciousness, the Magen emergency service reported.

In a video, several people can be seen lying lifeless on the street.

At this hour the area is completely cordoned off and a search is still underway for the shooter.
