In Israel they claim that a Hamas leader was killed during an attack in northern Lebanon

Four dead, including a leader of the armed wing of Hamas, left an Israeli attack in the early hours of this Saturday near a Palestinian refugee camp in northern Lebanon.

The Times of Israel newspaper, citing sources related to the terrorist organization, reported that the murdered figure is Saeed Atallah, leader of the armed wing of Hamas, the al-Qassam Brigades. The incident occurred in the attack on a building near the Al Beddawi refugee camp, in which three members of his family also lost their lives.

The offensive occurred shortly after the Israeli Army issued an alert for residents in another sector of Lebanon, the southern suburbs of Beirut, known as Dahye, to evacuate in anticipation of new attacks against Hezbollah group targets.

For its part, the Lebanese television channel Al Manar reported in the early hours of this Saturday armed attacks by Israel in the towns of Bardala, northwest of Ramallah, and Burga, near Nablus.

Hezbollah, meanwhile, reported that since Friday night it began to engage in armed clashes with Israeli troops in the border area with Lebanon, mainly in the village of Odaisseh, according to The Times of Israel.

It was also reported about a Hezbollah attack on the Israeli Army in the Yaroun area, in southern Lebanon, with rockets.

The clashes occurred after the Israeli Army reported on Friday night a hit on “terrorists” at a Hamas command and control center located at the ‘Ahmad Kurd’ school in the center of the Gaza Strip.

In a statement, it was reported that the operation was carried out with the support of military intelligence. This command and control center was located in a compound that “previously functioned as the Ahmad al Kurd school”, in Deir al Balah, Gaza.

The Hamas-controlled Palestinian Health Ministry said Friday that at least 41,802 Palestinians have died in Gaza since the war began on October 7. These data do not reflect the bodies that remain in the rubble along the Strip. About 10 thousand are estimated.
