Tomorrow (Monday), while millions will mourn the anniversary of the massacre, huge demonstrations are expected to take place in Europe and the US. As we reported yesterday, most of the protests in the US are well organized by The extreme student cell Students for Justice in Palestine, or SJP for short. It is not just about marches and protests in the street, but about many events where speakers will speak who will probably only refer to the situation in Gaza.
Mostly masked, protesters in Chicago, Illinois descended on the main thoroughfare of Michigan Avenue and blocked traffic. In the videos uploaded to the Instagram page of the local organization’s cell in the city, the protestors were seen stopping the traffic, the description reads: “Blocking so that Chicago knows that there is no business as usual after a year of genocide.”
In various documents from Toronto, Canada, the demonstrators with Palestinian and Lebanese flags are seen marching on the road. In one of the documents that surfaced on the social network X (formerly Twitter), a woman claims that her son was attacked by one of the masked protesters while he was filming a man vandalizing one of the buildings.
This is what has happened to Canada. This is my son being chased along Bloor Street in Toronto because he took a picture of somebody defacing the buildings of our city with heat. pic.twitter.com/MvfIbf77i8

Happening Now: A mob takes over the streets of Toronto chanting for a “global intifada.” Not a single Canadian flag is present.

Another way in which the pro-Palestinians plan to defy the mourners around the world, mostly members of the Jewish communities abroad, is to take actions that seem to be mainly intended to provoke. In the local media in Germany, it was reported about an Arab-owned restaurant that offers 3 shawarma dishes for 10 euros – only On October 7, according to the local media, the owners of the restaurant denied any connection to the Hamas attack.

On many Instagram pages of the cells of the extremist organization, which is located on a very large number of American campuses, posters are distributed calling on students to go to demonstrations and huge marches. On the official page of the organization, which has over 65 thousand followers, there is a post at the beginning of the page announcing a “week of rage” that will begin on October 7. “Students all over the US and the world will unite together for a week of rage to mark the one year anniversary of the genocide in Gaza,” the description of the event reads.
On the Instagram page of the cell at New York University, for example, there is a post that declares: “A year for genocide, a year for the student intifada – there is no school during genocide.” The detailed schedule for October 7th reads, among other things: “At 15:00 we will gather in Washington Square to march vigorously across the city! Dare to fight and win!” The post is shared with other organizations and has already garnered thousands of likes, comments and shares.
