Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will be in Moscow today on a working visit.
According to the Foreign Political Department of Armenia, Mirzoyan will participate in the session of the Council of Foreign Ministers to be held ahead of the session of the CIS Heads of State Council.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov also left for Moscow.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ani Badalyan, in response to the question of “Freedom”, informed that “a separate meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan is not planned in Moscow”.
Today is the birthday of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The official representative of the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov, said earlier that on October 7, a meeting of the Council of Heads of the CIS member states will be held, which will be “a full format meeting with a full agenda”.
According to the Kremlin spokesman, the leaders of the CIS “will be with the President of Russia on the evening of October 7.”
