In this sense, he has denounced that Palestinian forces “fight an asymmetric war” against Israeli troops and has argued that the attacks a year ago occurred at a time when the “occupation’s aggression against the Esplanade of the Mosques (in Jerusalem) reached dangerous and unprecedented levels.

“We have killed and wounded thousands of enemy soldiers and put hundreds of military vehicles out of service (…).
