North Korea’s constitution declares South Korea an “enemy state”

North Korea’s rulers Kim Jong-un has described South Korea as “a foreign and obviously hostile country.”

He also warned against the use of physical violence North Korea’s sovereignty should be violated, as the state news agency KCNA reported. Kim made the statements during an inspection visit to the North Korean People’s Army.
