5 dead as a result of Russian strikes on Ukraine

Last night, at least five people were killed and 19 others were injured, including four children, as a result of a Russian attack in the Kherson region of Ukraine in the last 24 hours.

Residential districts of Kyiv, Kherson and Dnipro were targeted, multi-story buildings and cars were hit.

Since the first day of the war that has been going on for more than two years, Moscow insists that it does not shell peaceful settlements.

Local officials in Ukrainian cities said earlier that Russian airstrikes on civilian buildings in Kiev and Dnipro late on October 25 killed at least four people.
