Not only in Israel: an American citizen admitted that he spied for Russia

The Russian security forces took out the Daniel Martindale an American citizen, who helped the Russian forces target attacks on Ukrainian forces, outside the territory controlled by Ukraine. This was reported in the “Reuters” news agency.

Martindale, who was taken from eastern Ukraine by Russian special forces, helped the Kremlin target attacks on Ukrainian soldiers. After he was removed from the territory of Ukraine, he said in Moscow today (Saturday) that he requested Russian citizenship.

“My name is Daniel Martindale,” he said at a press conference, “here is my passport. He went through the war with me, you can see what condition he is in,” he said in English, holding up what appeared to be a well-used American passport and birth certificate.

The American, who passed valuable information to the Russian army, has been in Ukraine since February 11, 2022, the security agencies told the Sputnik network.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky called on Ukraine’s allies to “stop looking from the sidelines” and take action to deal with the presence of North Korean forces in Russia before they start fighting directly in Ukraine.
