Zelensky: “11,000 military personnel from the DPRK are already in the Kursk region”

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced in a televised address on the evening of November 4, citing intelligence data, that there were already 11,000 North Korean troops in the Kursk region.

“Today there was also a separate report from the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Foreign Intelligence Service on the North Korean military on Russian territory. There are already 11 thousand in the Kursk region. We see an increase in North Koreans, but we do not see an increase in the reaction of our partners. Unfortunately,” the Ukrainian leader said.

According to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Korea, there are 10,000 military personnel from the DPRK in Russia, several thousand of them are in front-line areas. Department spokesman Chong Ha Kyo could not confirm the information that they had already begun to suffer losses at the front.
