ISGAP: Iran and Qatar “sponsored” lawsuit against Israel filed by South Africa at the International Court of Justice in The Hague

The report, published by the US-Israeli Institute for Research on Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP), contains information indicating financial and political involvement of Iran and Qatar in the case filed by South Africa at the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

Recall that the lawsuit claims that Israel is “guilty of genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.”

In particular, South Africa’s ruling African National Congress (ANC) party, which was on the verge of bankruptcy, received a huge donation from both countries days after filing a lawsuit against Israel in December 2023, according to ISGAP.
