LBCI: The Lebanese Parliament received Hezbollah’s response to the American ceasefire proposal

Lebanese TV channel LBCI reported that Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri received Hezbollah’s response to the American proposal for a ceasefire with Israel at 20:00.

Hezbollah’s response, along with any comments and corrections received, will be forwarded to US Ambassador in Beirut Lisa Johnson, where it will be forwarded to Washington. Based on this response, a decision will be made on the visit of the American emissary Amos Hochstein to Lebanon.

It should be noted that the Lebanese TV channel Al-Jadeed reported on November 14 that Berry conveyed to the US Ambassador a response to the ceasefire proposal. The report claimed that the Lebanese politician coordinating the negotiation process was optimistic that an agreement could be reached within a few days if nothing unexpected happened.
