Sky News Arabia reported that all the leaders of the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas, who were in Qatar, left Qatar along with their families. The group’s leaders departed in different directions, including Turkey, Russia and other countries.

In November, Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman Majid al-Ansari said at a press conference in Doha that Hamas leaders included in the negotiating group were not in Doha and were moving between several capitals. He noted that the Hamas office in Doha was created for negotiations, and since the mediation process has been suspended, the Hamas office in Qatar has no function. At the same time, he denied speculation about the closure of the Hamas office in Doha, noting that if such a decision is made, the Foreign Ministry will report this.

A Hamas source, speaking to Al-Arabiya TV, denied reports that Hamas leaders had left Qatar.
