Musk talks to Israeli president about hostages in Gaza

Elon Musk and the President of Israel, Isaac Herzog, recently spoke by phone to discuss the situation of hostages still being held by the terrorist group Hamas in the Gaza Strip, according to information from CNN.

According to the American broadcaster, Herzog asked Musk on the call to pressure all parties involved in the conflict, especially the next American administration, which will be led by Republican Donald Trump, to guarantee an agreement that would enable the release of the approximately 100 hostages, living and dead, who still are under the control of terrorists in Gaza.

The hostages were captured by the terrorist group Hamas during the October 7, 2023 massacre. Although previous attempts to negotiate a ceasefire agreement in exchange for the remaining hostages failed, both the Israeli government and families of those captured still continue to press for solutions.
