Lapland Summit, Santa Claus welcomes Melons and sings Jingle Bells

Lapland, land of bright summers and very long, almost interminable winters. A magical landscape that has inspired tales and legends such as that of Santa Claus. It is no coincidence that the North-South summit organized by the Finnish Prime Minister in the small village of Saariselkä, near the Arctic Circle, has as a special guest the old man with the white beard, awaited by children all over the world for his gifts at night of Christmas. An actor dressed as Santa Claus waited and greeted the leaders of the four countries involved in the summit (among them, the Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni) accompanying them to the cabin where the summit is being held. Santa Claus then entertained the journalists who were waiting in the snow by singing Jingle Bells and willingly responding to requests for videos and photos.
