Elon Musk again against Great Britain. After lashing out directly against Prime Minister Keir Starmer, accusing him of “facilitating child rape”, the founder and owner of Tesla and Space surprisingly asking for the replacement of Nigel Farage as leader of the sovereignist Reform UK party. “The Reform Party needs a new leader. Farage doesn’t have what it takes” to lead the party, he wrote in a post on ‘X’.

The statement comes a few weeks after Farage himself announced that he was in negotiations with the American-born South African billionaire to receive a substantial financial donation.

Farage had defended Musk on the BBC, underlining that “freedom of speech is back”after the entrepreneur who owns ‘X’ attacked the British government’s response to ‘grooming gangs’ in the UK. Musk, in recent days, had attacked the current British Prime Minister and leader of the Labor Party Keir Starmer, accusing him of having been complicit in the initial cover-up of sexual abuse perpetrated on girls and boys by gangs of pedophiles within communities of Asian roots in Northern England in the years when Starmer was chief prosecutor of the Crown Prosecution Service.

In the past few days Musk also called for the release of anti-Islam activist Tommy Robinsona controversial figure in Britain and from whom even Nigel Farage distanced himself. Robinson, known for organizing mass anti-immigration demonstrations, was jailed for 18 months in contempt of court last October for breaching a court order by repeating defamatory statements about a teenage Syrian refugee. Musk shared dozens of tweets of admiration and support for Robinson. Farage created Reform UK in 2018, when it was called the Brexit Party, and returned as party leader before being elected MP in 2024. Farage has maintained close ties to President-elect Donald Trump, to whom Musk became an adviser.

Starmer accused of ‘facilitating’ child rape

In recent days Musk had shared and written over 60 posts and opinions on various hot topics in London politics, also accusing Prime Minister Keir Starmer, accusing him of “facilitating child rape”.

In one of the latest, numerous attacks aimed at Starmer, Musk shared a meme in which the prime minister is described as more concerned with checking social media posts than rape. But this is just one of dozens of posts against the British political and judicial establishment, guilty – according to the tycoon – of not having adequately investigated alleged rings of sexual abuse of minors, among which the most sadly known is that of the city of Rochdale , in which dozens of girls were raped between 2004 and 2013. British right-wingers argue that the abuse was covered up because the perpetrators were predominantly of Pakistani origin.

Musk attacked Labor minister Jess Phillipswhose place should be “in prison” – Donald Trump’s advisor argues – for rejecting the idea of ​​a national investigation into past child sexual abuse. Building on the momentum of Musk’s social media campaign, Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch also said a national investigation was “long overdue”. In another tweet, the tycoon said he supported a repeat election and that “only reform can save Britain”.
