Likewise, she stressed that she did not know the whereabouts of her husband and revealed that the economic crimes prosecutor Alirio Mendoza had confirmed that he was presented to the court, without details about the charges that had been filed against him.

“Every day that passes, Carlos’s health, life and personal integrity worsen. I demand that the authorities respond and allow me access to the place where he is so that he can receive his medications and medical supervision,” he declared, referring to the pathologies you suffer from and that require permanent treatment.

The man was arrested on January 7 in Caracas, when he was approached by “several hooded people” when he was leaving his workplace, according to his family, who later filed a writ of habeas corpus to obtain his release.
