Glushkó highlighted that Moscow will seek “firm” legal guarantees that prevent Kiev from joining the Western military alliance.

“Not only will we seek ironclad international legal guarantees that exclude Ukraine’s membership in NATO in any form, but we will also insist that this becomes part of the alliance’s own official policy,” he said.
