Zelenski. “Change of mobilization rules is currently impossible”

After the launch of a large-scale Russian invasion, President Zelensky announced a martial law in Ukraine and issued a decree on universal mobilization, which were repeatedly extended.

In order to increase the number of military military on the front, the Verkhovna Rada approved the new rules of the mobilization last year. The legislation lowered the age of Ukrainian men to recruit from 27 to 25, reduced benefits and fined fines to avoid conscription.
