Two Palestinians die for shots of the Israeli army in the Yenín refugee camp

The Ministry of Health of the Palestinian Authority has reported Thursday that two Palestinians have died from the shooting of the Israel Army during a military operation of the Israeli forces in the Yenin refugee camp, in the north of the West Bank.

The two young people have been identified as Yazan Hatem Atiya al Hasan, a native of Yenín, and Amir Ahmed Abdelramán Abu Hasan, from Al Yamun, a town located nine kilometers west of the aforementioned city, according to the Wafa news agency.

The Israeli army has not spoken about the event, which takes place in the middle of the increase in the operations in the West Bank during the last days, including the Operation ‘Iron Wall’, launched more than a week ago in the Yenín refugee field , which for the moment has claimed the life of 19 Palestinians.

The operations of the Army of Israel and the attacks of Israeli settlers in the West Bank and in Jerusalem they have left more than 850 Palestinians dead since this type of actions has increased since October 7, 2023, although in the first nine months Of that year there had been record figures of deaths in these territories.
