The FBK said that these young women “receive a salary from the budget of a state company. The salaries they receive are money stolen from taxpayers”.

The investigation mentions the names of several young women included in the list of Rosneft employees, whose identities correspond to those presented in the online ads of Escort. One of them, identified by FBK as Anastasia I., 28, received a total of 2,484,484 rubles last year (about $ 27,000).

The young women, some of whom have been working at Rosneft since 2016, have been recruited to hold positions of “specialists”, “consultants” and “secretaries” in various administrative offices. Albina Ivanova, one of these employees, has earned more than 33 million rubles (about 300,000 dollars) during her nine years of “work” for the Russian state company and has traveled 58 times with Sechin on its private plane. According to FBK, Sechin himself had a salary of $ 4.6 billion (49.6 million dollars) in 2024.
