At least 30 dead in bus accident in Guatemala

The bus drove on a busy route in and out of the city when he fell from Puente Belice, a highway bridge that runs over a road and a stream.

Images that the fire brigade shared on social media showed how the bus was partially under water, surrounded by bodies of victims.

The mayor of Guatemala City, Ricardo Quinonez, said on social media that emergency services were deployed while the traffic police worked on alternative routes in the affected area.
