Bayramov again complained about the arming and constitution of Armenia

“Despite a number of successes and agreed provisions, the territorial ambitions of our country in Armenia’s Constitution, as well as the rapid arming of that country, poses a threat to regional peacebuilding,” the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s press service quoted Bayramov as saying.

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan countered in his article published in Armenpress, announcing these accusations of Baku, no preconditions for the escalation in the region, moreover all preconditions for peace are created.

Baku has been raising the issue of changing the Constitution of Armenia, considering it a problem with the Independence Declaration of Independence in Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh.

It is countered from Armenia that it is the internal affair of Yerevan, the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence noticts, as well as the September last year of the Constitutional Court, according to which the Declaration of Independence should not be interpreted beyond the framework.
