Lebanese President warns: Not sure Israel will retreat tomorrow as planned
Lebanon President Joseph Own She expressed concern for completion of the planned Israeli withdrawal for tomorrow, emphasizing that the Lebanese army was edited to settle in the villages. “We will respond with national unity,” a capital stated in a meeting with journalists.

During a meeting with representatives of the Press Association, President Own emphasized that “a wrong shot kills one person, but a wrong word kills a whole nation.” He urged journalists to drive responsibility and avoid vicinity of sectarian tensions or injury in friendly countries.

With regard to the rehabilitation process, Oil noted that “the state’s rehabilitation is conditional on reforms, and no external help will be possible without reform.” He made it clear that the rehabilitation process would include all areas that were damaged, and expressed a willingness to receive any assistance to remove war damage.

Regarding the expected Israeli withdrawal, Own said that “the Israeli enemy cannot be trusted, and we fear that the full withdrawal will not be completed tomorrow.” He emphasized that the Lebanese response would be united, adding that “the war option is not helpful, and will work in diplomatic ways because Lebanon cannot carry another war.”

In reference to Hezbollah, Osh emphasized that “the main thing is to achieve Israeli withdrawal, and the Hezbollah weapon issue will be discussed as part of solutions that will be agreed by the Lebanese.” He expressed confidence that there was no fear of a sectarian civil war in Lebanon or from the military, stating that the military spaces during the Israeli attack were from all the testimony and from all the Lebanon.

On the subject of the Syrian refugees, Osh noted that after the government’s trust, a committee will be established for discussion on the subject of the Syrian authorities, and that there is already a connection through the general security for the treatment of the Syrian detainees in Lebanon.
