Kentucky is the most severely impaired country, and has been killed in 9 people in recent days. Many houses in the country were flooded, and 300 roads closed. The country was declared an emergency, and the authorities called on people not to drive. In Albama, a man was killed after he fell into a tree following the storm.
Alongside Kentucky, the storm has hit many areas in the US, and at least 700,000 Americans have been cut off from electricity, including Georgia, Albama, Western Virginia, Virginia. Emergency and rescue forces are working to extract citizens imprisoned in the floods, and so far have been carried out More than 1,000 rescue in the last day.
President Trump has confirmed emergency assistance to Kentucky and ordered the Federal Agency to manage emergencies to help the country’s rescue efforts. Alongside this, the president was criticized that he decided to visit NASCAR car race while the storm hurts extensive parts of the United States.
