“We will keep them out until they agree that it is the Gulf of America,” Trump said on Mar-Lago on Tuesday (18). “We are very proud of this country and we want it to be a Gulf of America.”

In a note published on January 23, AP argued that the Gulf of Mexico has been named for over 400 years and is still called for the rest of the world.
