Two men missed after burglary in historic German mining tunnel: “Possibly Dutch YouTubers”

The pair went into the mining tunnel on Saturday evening, as can be seen on a security camera. At that time the tunnel was closed to visitors. The burglars probably cracked the locking gate. On Sunday morning the emergency services were called to look for the two men, but so far they have not been found.

A police spokesperson told Bild that it concerns “well -known YouTubers from the neighboring country”. The German newspaper believes that it concerns two Dutch YouTubers. It is not known who exactly means the medium by that.

Low oxygen content

Ronald Mayer, the manager of the mining tunnel, suspects that the pair has been lost. If the pair is still present in the tunnel, they endanger their own lives. The oxygen content is very low in certain places. “If they stay on the path for the visitors, nothing is wrong. But after that path, the tunnel runs into a mountain for two kilometers. If they hide there in side paths, it is very dangerous due to the low oxygen content, “Mayer told Bild.
