The North Korean Central News Agency quoted leader Kim Jong -un as his country had come a long way to build a strong army, but weapons without ideology are merely “iron pieces”, and stressed loyalty to the homeland during his conversation with the elite of the military teams. “The North Korean army seeks to become the strongest in the world, and the focus of this task must focus on political, ideological, spiritual and moral advantages of the party’s army and the people.” He added that «weapons without ideology are merely iron pieces … and the building of the army should always give priority to the army to make the army strong political.
