Three Berberapen caught after escape from the Dutch Zoo: “With anesthesia shot from tree shot and taken care of in Laeken”

After the little monkeys had escaped, they were outside the park on the street side. Caregivers kept an eye on the animals there and tried to get them back in the stay. Apenheul reported that the primates are not dangerous for people, but that peace is offered so that they would not panic.

The monkeys were climbed into trees. A specially trained employee of the animal park tried to numb the animals, reports De Gelderlander. A gun with anesthesia was used for this. The animals were taken care of with a white sheet after anesthesia.

It is not yet known how the monkeys have succeeded in escaping. The manager will still investigate that.
