The White House on the evening of February 26 announced the decree of President Donald Trump, the title “Executing the cost effectiveness initiative from the Government Performance Committee (DOGE)”. This decree will change the federal spending policy for contracts, subsidies and lending “to ensure transparent government spending and government employees are responsible to the American public”.

Doge on February 19 said it helped the US government save US $ 55 billion by budget by canceling unnecessary contracts, fired personnel and selling assets. However, it is not possible to verify how much Doge has cut and what is aimed at, because the agency admits that only one of the contracts will be canceled in the cut campaign.
Doge was established under the decree Mr. Trump signed after taking office on January 20. The decree that did not mention Egypt was Doge leader, but the activity of this agency was influenced by billionaire Elon Musk. On February 26, the White House said that Doge’s leadership was Amy Gleason, a former little reputation for former medical technology expert.
