In the residence of the US Consul General in Istanbul, negotiations are held by representatives of Russia and the USA. Earlier it was reported that their subject will be the resumption of the work of diplomatic missions in full.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, having announced negotiations, said that from their outcome it will largely be clear how both parties are ready to advance in solving problematic issues.
