About 587 million rubles (about $ 6.5 million) in favor of the state were recovered from it in the lawsuit of the Russian Federation in the Russian Federation, Interfax reports.

The court also confiscated the various property of Blinovskaya: real estate in Moscow and other regions, cars, boat, money in rubles and currency in various accounts.

Blinovskaya was found guilty of tax evasion (part 2 of article 19 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the legalization of criminal proceeds (paragraph “b” of part 4 of article 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as well as unlawful circulation of payment funds (part 1 of article 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The court did not give Blinovo deferral from the punishment, RIA Novosti reports.

According to lawyers, the decision to appeal the sentence will accept the defense after the approval of the position with the Blinovskaya itself. Protection considers the final decision of the court in the case of “tough”.

Given the time of being under house arrest and in a pre -trial detention center at the rate of one day in two in the colony and a day and a half a day a day, respectively, Blinovskaya, it remains to serve the sentence for less than four years if the sentence is appealed and left unchanged by the appeal.

According to the investigation, Blinovskaya, providing information services through the Internet using the “crushing” business scheme, underestimated the income received and did not pay for the period 2019-2021 VAT and personal income tax for a total of more than 918 million rubles. To commit a crime, the investigation stated, Blinovskaya attracted her spouse and other unidentified persons as accomplices-accomplices. In addition, the investigation believes that no later than 2019, Blinovskaya received at her disposal and repeatedly used electronic keys to legal entities for illegal transfer of funds.

Blinovskaya’s husband – Alexei Blinovsky – previously went through the criminal case as the accused. As the defense stated, the proceedings on the case in his regard were suspended due to the fact that he “serves under the contract.”

Initially, the blogger was placed under house arrest, but in January 2024, at the request of the investigation, the court transferred her to a pre -trial detention center due to violations of a softer preventive measure.
